IRS Form W-4, 2017

 

Purpose. Complete Form W-4 so that your employer can withhold the correct federal income tax from your pay. Consider completing a new Form W-4 each year and when your personal or financial situation changes.  

Direct Deposit Form

Have employees fill out with their banking information and authorizing direct deposit of their payroll checks

USCIS Form I-9

 

Form I-9 is used for verifying the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. All U.S. employers must ensure proper completion of Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. 

Application for Employment

 

The job application is a signed listing of your job applicant’s employment history, educational background, degrees, qualifications, references, and more.  Clicking the above image will provide you with a sample in Word format to customize as you choose.
